Festival Update

FLAX BOURTON PARISH COUNCIL ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THAT THE NORTH SOMERSET AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY HAS DECIDED NOT TO HIRE THE SHOWGROUND TO FESTIVAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS FOR THE MUSIC FESTIVAL IN SEPTEMBER.

The Parish Council wish to thank the members of the North Somerset Agricultural Society and are delighted that they have made this decision.

A huge thank you must also go out to all the residents of Flax Bourton who attended the Public Meeting and to those that made their views known via letters, the website and telephone calls to the Clerk.

This just goes to show that when a community comes together it can achieve the right results.

Flax Bourton Parish Council is looking forward to a new year, working with the residents and the North Somerset Agricultural Society to enhance the lives of those living and working in Flax Bourton.
